We know how tough the last year has been for many people, so we are delighted to be able to offer a range of bespoke classes, aimed at supporting physical and emotional wellbeing.

Unless otherwise stated, classes are suitable for all levels of ability, including those new to Pilates.  Our Instructors will help your find the right level of support and challenge for your body that day.

The classes are either free of charge or offered at a discounted rate to support our community.
