DESCRIPTION:Friday Night Healing\n\n\n\n\n\nTwo hours of total bliss to relax you and unwind from your week. \nFriday night is the perfect time for healing. You can let go of stress or anxiety which can build up over the week and start your weekend calm\, refreshed and hangover free! \nOur events are suitable for everybody and we welcome first timers – all will be explained. \nWe will begin with a short meditation to ground ourselves then 90 minutes of sound healing using gongs\, Tibetan bowls\, koshi chimes\, chacapa leaves from the jungle and icaros. Icaros are healing songs from the Amazon in the ancient shamanic languages of shipibo and quechua. \nWear comfortable clothes\, bring a yoga mat/cushion/blanket and we ask you do not consume any alcohol prior to the event. Please arrive 15 minutes before (7.15pm) so you can settle in and get comfortable. \nTickets are £21.43 including a booking fee.\n> Reserve your place
