Boxing exercise can help us to release endorphins, improve our focus, motivation and confidence ~ all things than can benefit our mental health and wellbeing.

Mind in Kingston & Surbiton Boxing Club are offering free classes:

Every Tuesday @ 12 noon
Every Thursday @ 5 pm

They are 45 minute sessions which are suitable to do at home at different levels, including a warm up and cool down. Participants must be aged 18 years and over.
