Kingston Wellbeing Week

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a huge impact on all of our lives, and with many of us noticing a decline in our mental, physical and financial health, looking after our wellbeing has never been so important.

In response, we’ve announced our first-ever Wellbeing Week for our local communities, and have rounded up an exciting programme of virtual events, workshops and offers for you to take advantage of from our amazing local businesses, all taking place between 8 and 14 March 2021.

We’ve pulled together some great offers and activities to support our local businesses, help you explore new hobbies and save money while making the most of what Kingston has to offer. During the week we also have a range of online sessions, from yoga, pilates & fitness classes, to mental health workshops and money management advice, all in aid of improving the wellbeing of our local community.

There’s something for everyone to enjoy, so whether you’re after a stress-busting workout, a catch-up with like-minded local people, a gentle beginner’s yoga flow, or tips on how to secure a mortgage for your first home, download our programme and check our event listings for details of how to sign up!
