Super Seniors Fitness: Super 6 Workout

Focus for Super Six workout sessions
To make the exercise doable for everyone, we will aim to get the heart rate up and activate muscles in the right way.
6 Fitness Components We Are Going To Cover:
- Joint-mobility
- Warm-up
- Balance
- Strength
- Cardio
- Stretches
6 Items You Should Have on Hand
- Safe space around to move
- Chair or broomstick for balance
- Access to the wall or solid door
- Small weights or two cans of beans
- Towel or exercise mat for stretches
- Water or tea for hydration 😉
Don’t worry if you can’t get hold of everything, Tony will modify the exercises.
