To make the exercise doable for everyone, we will aim to get the heart rate up and activate muscles in the right way.

6 Fitness Components We Are Going To Cover:

  • Joint-mobility
  • Warm-up
  • Balance
  • Strength
  • Cardio
  • Stretches

6 Items You Should Have on Hand

  • Safe space around to move
  • Chair or broomstick for balance
  • Access to the wall or solid door
  • Small weights or two cans of beans
  • Towel or exercise mat for stretches
  • Water or tea for hydration 😉

Don’t worry if you can’t get hold of everything, Tony will modify the exercises.
