Conor, The Irish PT, is running two HIIT sessions during the week free to everyone who wants a feel-good sweat session!

The sessions will be held over Zoom, at a beginner to intermediate level with little to no equipment needed.

The workout will be about 25 minutes and is open to all ages & levels of fitness, so no excuses!
